Welcome to Dzidzo EduTech. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our virtual and augmented reality educational platform. By using the platform, you agree to these Terms in full.

1. Intellectual Property
All content, code, and AR/VR experiences are the property of Dzidzo EduTech. Reproducing, copying, or reverse-engineering any part of the platform without written permission is strictly prohibited.

2. User Accounts & Access
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Users under 18 must have guardian consent. The platform is for educational use only and not for resale or unauthorized commercial purposes.

3. Respectful Conduct
Users must interact respectfully within the platform. Harassment, uploading offensive content, or attempting to exploit the system will result in account suspension.

4. Data Privacy
Dzidzo collects minimal data necessary for educational personalization. We do not sell user data and comply with local and international data protection laws.

5. Limitation of Liability
The platform is provided "as is". Dzidzo EduTech is not liable for damages, data loss, or third-party content issues.

6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate user access for violations of these Terms without prior notice.

7. Updates & Legal
These Terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe. Dzidzo EduTech may update Terms periodically. Continued use implies acceptance.

Welcome to Dzidzo EduTech, a virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR) education system. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Dzidzo EduTech platform, including all software, content, and services provided.

2. Definitions

"Platform": Refers to the Dzidzo EduTech VR and AR education system, including all software, content, and services.
"User": Refers to anyone who uses the Platform, including students, teachers, and administrators.
"Content": Refers to all educational materials, including VR and AR experiences, videos, images, and text.

3. Use of the Platform

License: Dzidzo EduTech grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform for educational purposes.
Account: You must create an account to use the Platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.
Usage: The Platform is for educational purposes only. You may not use the Platform for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

4. Content and Intellectual Property

Ownership: Dzidzo EduTech owns all intellectual property rights to the Content, including VR and AR experiences.
Usage: You may not copy, modify, or distribute the Content without prior written consent.

5. User Responsibilities

Compliance: You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the Platform.
Conduct: You must use the Platform in a manner that is respectful and considerate of others.

6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Disclaimer: The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
Limitation of Liability: Dzidzo EduTech is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from your use of the Platform.

Dzidzo EduTech may terminate your access to the Platform at any time, without notice.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe. Everyone is permitted to copy and distribute verbatim copies of this license document, but changing it is not allowed under AGPL-3.0 license Github.
